
Health education in schools has a very important role in shaping a generation that is aware of the importance of maintaining health and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Yayasan Mitra Insani held an educational visit on PHBS (clean and healthy living behavior) in collaboration with the Sdn 001 Sapatas school and health workers.
This activity aims to disseminate information and increase knowledge about health in school settings.
As well as efforts to empower students, teachers, and the school community to know and be able to practice PHBS.
And play an active role in Creating Healthy Schools.

The students were given knowledge education about the importance of maintaining personal hygiene, the surrounding environment, including good and clean hand washing practices, and the importance of physical activity in maintaining health.
They are also taught about the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and getting enough sleep. In addition, it is also interspersed with a puzzle game of 20-second steps wash your hands with soap.
This learning uses interactive and fun methods to make students more interested and actively participate in learning.

By implementing health education on healthy and clean living behavior in elementary schools is expected to help build a strong foundation for health and hygiene in children from an early age.
This will bring long-term benefits to their well-being as well as society as a whole.
